Each burner’s 2 rings of flame ensure that all food is cooked evenly and to outstanding quality. Coupled with removable, durable cast iron grates, the unit is easily maintained and cleaned. The ‘U’ shaped burner inside the oven along with the burner baffle guarantee even heat flow throughout the entire oven, and any escaped heat is reflected back into the oven by the heat deflector.
