The UC-M is uniquely configurable – able to precisely adjust washing pressure and temperature, as well chemical dosing and contact time to get hygienic cleaning no matter what was on the plate. The Winterhalter optimises every part of the washing process to significantly reduce energy use, noise and running costs.

This dishwasher delivers a rinse temperature of 82°C for 12 seconds, a temperature that won’t be reached when handwashing. As such, cleaning your equipment with this commercial dishwasher is the only way to guarantee effective sanitation when washing – ensuring staff and customers are protected against transferrable viruses. Once cleaned, we recommend storing your equipment in the wash basket to reduce contact and handling.

This model features an advanced heat and steam capture function which dramatically reduces energy use and running costs. This also removes the need for an overhead condenser hood.

Fitted with an internal water softener which allows use in medium to hard water areas.

What is an air gap?

An air gap is a unobstructed physical air break which prevents contaminated water flowing back into the machine. This ensures that only clean water is used to wash the contents.

What does a drain pump do?

Not all dishwashers need a drain pump. This is a handy internal or external pump which removes waste water from the dishwasher. In some circumstances, water can simply drain away using gravity. If the drain outlet is higher than the dishwasher though, you’ll need a drain pump.
